MPRA 2010 " The Year of the Reserve Component "

Welcome to the home for the Military Police Corps only professional organization.  A non-profit organization that exists to provide services and assistance to Military Police Soldiers and their families around the world.  These services are made possible through memberships, donor contributions and gift shop revenue.  Take a few moments to look over our site which details many of the benefits of being an MPRA member as well as outlining our Legacy Programs.

2010 is going to be a very busy year for MPRA.  As memberships near the 10,000 mark it opens the door for many new programs and ideas.  This year has been themed “Year of the Reserve Component” and MPRA will use it as an opportunity to reach out to Reserve Component (RC) Soldiers around the globe. Reserve Component Soldiers stand shoulder to shoulder with their active duty counterparts and make up two-thirds of our total force.  Therefore, members of the MPRA Board will be visiting as many of these units as possible in 2010 in order to educate RC Soldiers about what MPRA can do for them.

We are also proud to announce our support for the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) in Washington, DC.  There will be much more to follow in the next few months but many retired Military Police Soldiers reside at the facility so this is another way we can give back to Soldiers who have served our great Regiment.  Spearheading MPRA’s efforts in DC is Colonel (Ret) Arnie Claudio.  Arnie is a National Board member who coordinates and manages all MPRA efforts in the National Capital Region and does a tremendous job, from the wreath laying ceremony at Arlington Cemetery to coordinating the MPRA efforts at the AFRH…… Arnie is always on point!

Tell someone about the MPRA and the many things we do for Soldiers.  We hope you continue to find this website very useful.  Remember to let us know how we are doing and what kind of things you would like to see from the MPRA.  GOD Bless!
