MPRA Professional Development Webinars

The MPRA hosts quarterly professional development and mentorship sessions designed to provide timely, relevant guidance to the Military Police community.

Each session focuses on topics that support career progression, informed transition planning, and continued growth. Topics vary by quarter to reflect the evolving needs of Military Police Soldiers, Veterans, and families.

Program Purpose

Career decisions rarely happen all at once. They develop over time, shaped by experience, opportunity, and changing requirements.

These quarterly sessions were established to create space for informed discussion, practical insight, and mentorship across all phases of an MP career. Rather than limiting the program to a fixed curriculum, the MPRA uses this forum to address relevant issues as they arrise.

Areas of Focus

  • Professional Development and Career Positioning
  • Mentorship and Leadership Insight
  • Transition Planning & Post-Service Readiness
  • Policy, Force Structure, & Organizational Changes
