The Military Police Regimental Association (MPRA) is the professional organization dedicated to promote the pride, heritage and history of the Regiment. In addition, we exist to support the Regiments future for our members, families and friends.

Through various programs and events, the MPRA is able to provide opportunities for their members and communities. From helping Soldiers and their families in times of need to scholarship opportunities, there’s something for everyone to participate in. All donations for the various programs are greatly appreciated and tax deductible.

Military Police Regimental Walkway and Memorial Grove

Located on Fort Leonard Wood, Memorial Grove is open year round and provides a place of solace and reflection for MPs and their families. visitors. The grove includes unit plaques and a path with commemorative bricks that have been dedicated to MP veterans or retirees, MP units and MP service members. Four large, bronze statues, including a bronze cross pistol archway known as the “Gateway to the Regiment” represent the Regiment’s inspiring history and long-standing traditions of the MP Corps.

Benevolent Fund

The Military Police Regimental Association Benevolent Fund is dedicated to provide financial relief to members and retirees of the Military Police Corps Regiment and Soldiers or civilians working in support of the Military Police Corps Regiment in times of need.

Scholarship Program

The MPRA Scholarship Program awards scholarships annually to children or spouses of Standard Members of the MPRA. Students may be enrolled, or planning to enroll, in an accredited college or university in a program of undergraduate and graduate studies.

Awards

The Order of the Marechaussee award recognizes a degree of professionalism, high standards of integrity and morality, and esprit de corps consistent with the long standing history and traditions of our Regiment. The Order of the Vivandieres symbolizes the historical significance and preserves the traditions of Spouse volunteerism in support of our great Regiment and our Army. The Friend of the Regiment award symbolizes the historical significance and preserves the traditions of individual volunteerism in support of our great Regiment and our Army.

Regimental Honors Program

This regulation provides information on the administration and governance of the Military Police (MP) Corps Regimental Honors Program consisting of the Hall of Fame, Distinguished Members of the Regiment Honorary Colonel, Honorary Warrant Officer, Honorary Sergeant Major, the RCSM (R) James W. Frye Noncommissioned Officer of Excellence Award and the Regimental Chief Warrant Officer (RCWO) Philip E. Tackett Excellence in Policing Award .
